KINDLY NOTE THAT Kenya Association of Music producers (KAMP) – Representing Producers of Sound Recording; Performers Rights Society of Kenya (PRISK) – Representing Performers in Musical and Dramatic works and Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) – Representing Authors, Composers and publishers of musical works in Kenya are issuing a joint Music Copyright and Related Rights License as KAMP-PRISK-MCSK (KPM).
In compliance with The Copyright Act, Laws of Kenya, it is a mandatory legal requirement to have authority/license from KAMP-PRISK-MCSK prior to playing/ using any music in public places.
To facilitate compliance to the Copyright Act, Laws of Kenya, the Board of Directors of KAMP-PRISK-MCSK have appointed Licensing Agents across the country to undertake joint Copyright and Related Rights licensing activities.
