MCSK managers, led by CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, MBS and accompanied by MCSK Company Secretary Dr. Hezekiel Oira, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Marjan Hussein Marjan, the Commission Secretary and CEO of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), to discuss collaboration for the upcoming MCSK National Elections.
The IEBC has agreed to assist MCSK in conducting the countrywide elections scheduled for April 2024, aiming to enhance the credibility of the election process. A meeting of senior managers from both IEBC and MCSK, chaired by Mr. Chrispine Owiye – Director, Legal and Public Affairs, established a roadmap for the exercise and will collaborate to ensure that the election is conducted freely, fairly, and credibly. We are pleased that the IEBC technical team, which successfully managed the recent LSK elections, will oversee ours as well.
