Africa – Gift & Talent Development Centre (AFGT)

MCSK CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, MBS, joined Prof. PLO Lumumba, Prof. Humphrey Obora, Charles Opiyo, Youth Secretary State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy Raymond Ochieng, and other dignitaries at the launch of the Fanisi Africa – Gift & Talent Development Centre (AFGT) in Gigiri. The Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) has partnered with AFGT to establish a framework for the assessment and certification of our highly talented members and Kenyan artists who, despite their high talent levels, lack formal academic certificates.
Through this partnership, AFGT, which is affiliated with the World Talent Federation, will assess, quantify, and certify these talents and gifts. This initiative aims to enhance the capacity of these individuals to access opportunities and expand their scope for content monetization and optimal exploitation of their talents. The launch marks a significant milestone in the monetization of content in Kenya.
Congratulations to AFGT on your successful and colorful launch!
