Dear MCSK Members,
Pursuant to my communication last week regarding the expiration of the term of two Directors, namely Lazarus Muli and SK Nderitu, we have today obtained court orders barring them from interfering with the affairs of the Company. The orders and the full petition are attached.
By dint of these orders, the duo Mr. Muli and Nderitu and their agents are not supposed to intefere in any way with MCSK affairs. Any action that is contrary to these court orders will be deemed to be in contempt of the attached court orders.
My attention has been drawn to a notice circulating online ostensibly from the former Chairman inviting members to the office tomorrow Tuesday. Please be informed that there’s no such meeting and the attached orders have been served to the Kileleshwa police station and other security agencies to ensure that there’s no breach of the peace.
